Commercial Snow & Ice Services

Fastlane is a winter service company for businesses and commercial properties. We offer a wide range of snow and ice services that include: Snow plowing, Ice control, Snow hauling, Snow removal by loader equipment, Sidewalk shoveling & Snowblowing, parking lot plowing and maintenance and bagged deicer sales. We offer these snow & ice services for the Central & South New Jersey regions including Philadelphia & Bucks County PA.

 

  • Deicing capabilities vary between 2-6 yard bulk salt spreaders on company owned vehicles with standard rock salt to treated applications. 

  • Small equipment for sidewalks is available for retail accounts where required, skid steer loaders, backhoes, & large front end wheel loaders with 8-16' snow push boxes are available for small and large properties. 

  • We utilize trucks from 1/2 ton with 7'6" snow plows to 10' snow plows on medium class dump trucks.

  • All trucks have required lighting & compliant amber LED warning lighting.

We offer a high level of service and reliability typically not found with many companies providing snow & ice services. We pride ourselves in providing a service while knowing nothing works 100% during a winter storm. We have many backup snow plows for our trucks that are out on the road. We have additional and backup snow blowers, crew, dumptrucks for hauling after large storms and heavy equipment from skid steer loaders to full size wheel loaders. We will get the job done no matter dealing with a 5” storm or a 25” storm with drifting conditions.

Why is Fastlane Different?

 

We actually ARE a Snow & Ice business! Don’t let others online, some of which are not even in NJ or PA locally, fool you into believing they are a HUGE company with 500 Trucks or 200 pieces of equipment. Many of these “management only” companies, are a small paper office nowhere local to your property, taking your payments and directing other “contractors” to do the work for your account. This usually leads to poor, delayed and miscommunication between you as the client and the crew in the field. Worse yet, you have NO control over how the company you hire, sub contracts out the company that will perform the work, and is common for you to contract with the company, only to have them contract the crew in the field a different way, and usually for far less than you’re paying “good money” to have top notch work performed when the storms hit.

Typical Types of Snow Removal Contracts

 

Below are the typical snow removal agreements. Please contact us if you have special requirements for service.

Per Push - A Per Push Contract is available for businesses who prefer to pay each time snow and ice is removed, plowed, etc. This option is great for those who are only planning on getting their area plowed, salted and/or shoveled more often during storms while their business is open even during poor weather conditions.

Per Event - A Price Per Event Contact is suitable for projected big storms. If it is snowing all day long, snow is going to accumulate all day long. Therefore, that means that there will need to be multiple trips by the snow plows & salt trucks throughout the day to maintain the area. This is ideal for most larger properties where trucks, employees and heavy equipment may operate full time during a storm, where there is no start/stop of each individual service provided.

Fixed Seasonal Pricing - A Fixed Seasonal Pricing Contract is available for businesses that want a fixed monthly/season rate regardless of total snowfall. Generally there are also minimum and maximum snowfall limits set to offset the high cost for a year producing little snow fall and a fixed amount additional for an above average season snowfall. These contracts have a fixed monthly rate typically from December-April each season. That way, they will not have to worry about payment after each push or each storm.
